Burnley Wood is a small estate with four 40 houses. These properties were built in the 1970s, and have recently been externally refurbished.
The area also has 12 blocks of flats – 92 in total – on two different sites. These are both ground floor and first floor flats, and 70 have recently been refurbished. The ground floor flats are sheltered.
