What does the neighbourhood look like?
The area consists of two blocks of communal non-sheltered flats. A church is situated in between the buildings, which are surrounded by grassland. There is a small parking area.

The properties are all one bedroom flats based over three floors – lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor.
There are 16 flats in total – 10 in Wilkinson Mount; 6 in Preston Beck.

The area is surrounded by great countryside, and is quite close to the Yorkshire Dales. There are also several walkways and cycleways.

Kelbrook Primary School and Salterforth Primary School are only a short distance away.
