The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. This way, your rent is paid direct from your bank account on the 1st or 16th of every month, without you lifting a finger.
To sign up for direct debit payments, all you need to do is collect a form our offices or from our Income Management team. Alternatively, call us on 01282 686300.
Debit Cards, Credit Cards*, Cash and Cheques
If you prefer to pay by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, simply take your payment card to any Post Office or shop displaying the Paypoint sign.
(Debit/credit card payments are also accepted at our Burnley office at Centenary Court, and on 01282 686300. Cheques should be made payable to Calico Homes Limited.)
*Whilst Calico accepts credit cards as a method of payment, we would always discourage our customers falling into debt. If you choose to pay by this method, please ensure you are able to repay the amount in full on a monthly basis.
Automated Telephone Payments
You can now pay your rent over the phone. Simply call us on 01282 686300, select the ‘Rent Payment’ option, and follow the instructions.
All you will need is your debit or credit card number, alongside your 19-digit All Pay reference number, which you will find on your rent payment card. (If you don’t have a rent payment card, you can order one from your Income Management Officer.)
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – even when our office is closed. It will save you time, as you will no longer need to wait in a queue behine another caller to pay your rent.
Standing orders can be set up to make weekly, fortnightly, monthly or 4 weekly payments.
As with Direct Debits, to sign up for standing order payments, collect a form from our offices or from our Money Wise team. Alternatively, call us on 01282 686300.
