Supporting Our Customers Through The Coronavirus Crisis

We know that many of our customers will have been affected by the coronavirus crisis and we have done our best to provide the right support during this period. By continuing to deliver essential front line services in different ways, and through our work with Burnley Together, we will ensure our customers have the help they need as we start to recover.

We understand that some customers will struggle financially in future months and we will do all that we can to work proactively with those struggling with their rent or worried about debts to ensure they have the best advice. Calico Homes has signed up to the National Housing Federation’s pledge that commits us to:

  • Keeping people secure at home
  • Helping people to get the support they need
  • Act compassionately and quickly where people are struggling
