From Monday 14th September, our Centenary Court Reception will open to the public and our dedicated customer service team will be on hand to deliver essential support in the safest way.
We are continuing to provide customer support for repairs, maintenance, neighbourhood enquiries and letting and rents online and over the phone, and customers should continue to contact us in this way if they can.
We recognise that some customers may find this more difficult, so we will be opening our reception area to ensure that we are able to provide our services safely to everyone. This will be between the hours of 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday, and to make sure we are keeping everyone safe, there will be a maximum number of people allowed in the reception area at any one time.
We have made some changes to our Reception to ensure we can deliver our services in a safe way.
We will now have a meet and greet service at the entrance to our building, where you will met by one of our team who will ask you a few questions about how we can help you, before directing you to the correct area.
As with many other establishments we ask that all customers who can, should wear a face covering and all customers must use the hand sanitiser provided before entering and socially distance. Please do not attend if you or any of your household are displaying symptoms or have tested positive for COVID19
