Customer Survey – about your needs

Everyone is different.

It’s important to us that you are always treated as an individual, and that we understand your situation and your needs.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be carrying out a short survey to make sure have the right information for you. This survey will be by email or by phone.

We will ask about your:

  • age
  • preferred language
  • any disabilities you have
  • and whether you are vulnerable in any way.

This is so we can always provide the right service for you.

For example, if you need us to send information different way, or a different language.

We may also ask about your:

  • gender
  • religion
  • sexuality
  • and ethnic background too.

This is so that we never treat you unfairly because of who you are.

We won’t use this information in any other way and it’s totally up to you which information you share with us.
