After assessing the recent Government COVID guidelines, we are pleased to confirm that our Croft Street reception services in Burnley will re-open from Monday 12th April.
This will be open to customers and members of the public from Monday – Friday between 09:00 to 13:00.
Please note that we have made some changes to our reception area to ensure we continue to deliver our services in a safe way.
These changes include:
- A new meet and greet service
- Additional hygiene measures, such as hand sanitiser and protective screening
- Socially distanced waiting area
We ask that you:
Wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) and follow the hygiene and social distancing measures which are in place for your safety.
Our general Contact Centre opening hours are 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
