At Calico, we understand the importance of talking to our customers and using their voices to improve our services. Your feedback is a huge part of how we plan to create a thriving community together.
As a result, we are excited to share our plans for addressing the recent challenges faced by the Griffin and Stoops Estate.
Collaborative clean-up effort
Our Grounds Maintenance Team is teaming up with Burnley Council to start a clean-up of the affected areas. This joint effort aims not only to fix the problem of fly-tipping, but also to restore the natural beauty of the brook and green spaces. Our dedicated team will be working tirelessly to clear the area, ensuring that it becomes a clean and enjoyable space for everyone in the community.
Preventive measures for a sustainable future
Beyond the immediate clean-up, we’re looking at the steps we can take together to stop fly tipping happening again. By working closely with Burnley Council, we’re looking at ways to stop illegal waste disposal in the long term.
Your voice, our guide
We want to say a huge thank you to the customers who shared their concerns. Your voices are essential in shaping our services and creating a community where everyone can take pride in their surroundings. We believe your feedback can help us create a place where everyone is proud to live.
