Our latest Neighbourhoods Day saw colleagues visit 375 homes across Kibble Bank and Casterton Avenue, speaking with customers about their neighbourhood and what they’d like us to focus on in the future.
During the day, we completed 76 customer surveys, provided income management support, shared information about available services and handed out garden cards to customers whose outdoor spaces stood out.
We were also joined by YES Energy, Burnley Council colleagues and our Clean and Green Team, who helped provide advice, support and practical improvements throughout the neighbourhood.
The feedback we received highlighted several key priorities for customers, including safer neighbourhoods, cleaner environments, improvements to parking and road safety, and more opportunities for children and young people. Improving the appearance of the neighbourhood was the most common priority identified.
The insights gathered will help shape future neighbourhood plans and make sure we’re focusing on the things that matter most to local customers.
Thanks to everyone who took part and to the customers who stopped to speak with us.
