Opening Hours – 24th September 2021

Please note that our contact centre and reception service will be closed on Friday 24th September 2021.

The contact centre phone lines will close at 5pm on Thursday 23rd September and reopen on Monday 27th September 8:45am.

Our reception service at Centenary Court will be closed from 1pm on on Thursday 23rd September and reopen on Monday 27th September 8:45am.

If you have any emergency repairs that present a risk to the health and safety of you or your home, you can still telephone our ‘Out of Hours’ team on 01282 686300 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Examples of emergency repairs are:

  • Severe leaks which can’t be contained
  • Major electrical failure
  • Exposed live electrical wires

You can still apply for housing during this period through (make sure you register for an account first) and our customer portal is always available for you to pay rent, book in repairs and more:
