Welcome to the Customer Experience Network

By being part of the Customer Experience Network (CEN) you will have the opportunity to influence the way we improve our services. 

Our Customer Strategy aims to help our customers live their best possible lives, and by working closely with you, we want to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs.

How you can get involved

Within each quarterly newsletter and via email: You may be asked to take part in a survey giving us your views. You will be invited to join specialist or focus groups that we expect to form over time – that may be a topic you are passionate about contributing to. You will also be asked to join our new CEN group via our annual customer surveys. You can get involved with our customer experience network via a form on our website calicohomes.org.uk

A word from Vicki Webb

My name is Vicki Webb and I joined Calico Homes in February 2023 as the new Managing Director. My focus since arriving here is to improve the services we offer by working with customers and colleagues to deliver the changes you want to see.

The recent “Make it Happen” survey is our biggest engagement activity with customers to date. I was blown away by the responses we received – over 1700 of you took the time to give us some excellent feedback about your experiences.

This means that we have some fantastic information about what you see as being priorities for improvement.

Universal Credit Update

We recognise that this is a worrying time for people struggling to pay rent and bills. Many customers will be impacted by a planned move to Universal Credit (UC). 

More than 144 customers who have claimed UC within the last 6 months, have been contacted to complete a survey around their experience.  With their help we now have more support for customers, including a ‘To Do’ checklist along with video guidance on how to make a claim: at calicohomes.org.uk/universal-credit
