Service Update – January 2022

5th January 2022

Due to the current COVID situation leading to staffing reductions within our teams, we are experiencing some minor impacts on our service delivery.


This means that you may experience some delays with non-urgent repair appointments. It’s also really important that you let us know ASAP if you or your household are isolating or have COVID before we visit so that we can re-arrange your appointment to a safer date. This does not impact our emergency repairs service and our teams will continue to wear PPE when working in your home.

Calico in your Neighbourhoods

We have taken the decision to postpone our planned ‘Calico In Your Neighbourhood’ visits for the next two weeks to help reduce the risk of infection for our customers and teams. This will be revised again on 14 January 2022 and we will update our dedicated page and social media channels accordingly. You can find more details about ‘Calico in your Neighbourhood’ here.
