A word from Vicki Webb

Hi – please let me introduce myself!

My name is Vicki Webb and I joined Calico Homes in February 2023 as the new Managing Director.

My focus since arriving here is to improve the services we offer by working with customers and colleagues to deliver the changes you want to see.

The recent “Make it Happen” survey is our biggest engagement activity with customers to date. I was blown away by the responses we received – over 1700 of you took the time to give us some excellent feedback about your experiences.

This means that we have some fantastic information about what you see as being priorities for improvement.

Whilst this is great, it is what happens next which is most important.

That’s when we use this information to transform our services – together. As a landlord we have a responsibility to our tenants to be open, honest, and transparent and to treat you with fairness and respect. That means giving you lots of opportunities to shape and influence the future of Calico Homes.

The Customer Experience Network will be an integral part of this work, ensuring that the voice of the customer is effective and powerful. We will also continue to speak to you via surveys to understand if the changes being made are effective.

We need to keep these conversations ongoing and to ensure communication is two way – show you that we are really listening to you, hearing what you are saying and learning from it.

It’s an exciting time for Calico Homes, its tenants and its employees and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.
