There are some changes following Brexit that will impact the benefits some of our customers will be able to claim.
The EU Settlement Scheme is designed to offer EU, non-EU EEA and Swiss citizens living in the UK before the end of the transition period, and their eligible family members, the opportunity to protect their residence in the UK after the transition period has ended.
This scheme is now open, and you can apply for free if you meet the criteria. The deadline is 30th June 2021 and you must usually have started living in the UK by 31st December 2020.
