We are excited to share the latest updates on our app development progress with you! Calico Connect already offers a range of functionalities, including reporting repairs, booking repair appointments for most trades, sending two-way messages, paying rent, and viewing rent account history.
What’s new?
Since our last newsletter, we’ve added two fantastic features:
- Surveys: We can now send surveys directly to you via the app, allowing us to gather your valuable feedback quickly and efficiently.
- Group Messages: In situations like busy periods in our call centre, we can send group messages to all app users to keep you informed.
- Pop-Up Notifications: We have introduced pop-up notifications that will appear on your screen when you report a repair via the app. These notifications will confirm if the appointment has been raised, classified as an emergency, etc.
What’s coming up?
We are currently designing an anti-social behaviour reporting feature. This will enable you to diagnose the type of anti-social behaviour you may be experiencing and report it via the app. You will be able to add images, audio recordings, and videos. This feature is expected to be ready by Summer 2025.
Additionally, we are working on the ability to report complaints through the app. This feature will make it easier for you to get in touch if you are unhappy with the service you receive, so that we can support to resolve your issue, learn and improve.
