Calico Homes has recently completed Phase Two of their award-winning housing development in Padiham and welcomed new residents to their homes.
Despite challenges caused by the pandemic, the second phase of the project on Station Road was completed on time, allowing customers to settle into their new homes before the festive period.
The 19 new 3 and 2 bedroom homes, all include dedicated onsite parking for each house and gardens.
Calico Homes has so far invested £6m into the development – which has replaced a well-known eyesore in Padiham – with a mix of high-quality houses, bungalows and apartments all available for affordable rent.
The first phase of the new development began in 2018 and was welcomed by local residents who were keen to see the formerly derelict land put to good use, providing much-needed homes in the area.
One resident said, “Everything is perfect. The property couldn’t have come at a better time. I can’t wait for Christmas now and hopefully this is our forever home”.
