That’s why our Community Safety team are now more recognisable when out and about, so customers can quickly identify the right staff members to speak to.
The Community Safety team now wear clearly branded jackets featuring bold white lettering that reads ‘Community Safety – Calico Homes – We’re Taking It Seriously,’ making them instantly identifiable to those who need support.
The team are here to listen to your concerns about anti‑social behaviour, take action to help keep neighbourhoods safe and welcoming, and work alongside residents to build stronger, more connected communities.
By making the team easier to spot, we’re ensuring customers know exactly who to approach when they need support.
Lyndsey, the Community Safety Coordinator, said: “Our new jackets are more than just a fresh look, they represent our commitment to being visible, approachable, and ready to support our communities.
“We want residents to feel confident reaching out to us, knowing we’re here to help create safer, stronger neighbourhoods.”
