We are still here for our customers during this difficult time and we hope that you are keeping safe and well.
We wanted to provide our customers with an update on our plans for different services over the coming weeks and months. Our first priority will always be to ensure the protection of our customers and staff in accordance with Public Health England and Government guidelines.

We are sorry that our head office in Burnley town centre remains closed for now. We are planning what we need to do so it can be opened to customers in a safe way.
We have continued to provide a wide range of support to our customers and deliver essential services during the lockdown period, including additional help for our most vulnerable customers. We have also continued to carry out gas safety checks and have attended all emergency repairs to prioritise customer safety.
As restrictions begin to ease, it is time for us to start planning for the gradual restart of our other services that have been temporarily placed on hold.
We are now working on plans to start attending routine repairs and catch up on those works that have been logged but not completed. To do this, we will be making contact with everyone affected to ensure the details of any outstanding repairs are still accurate and to arrange new appointments.
Our Investment team are beginning to contact those customers whose home will be part of the improvement works this year. The team are working closely with Ring Stones and have agreed new ways of working that will minimise any risk to staff and customers, and we are aiming to start work again in July.
Improving the quality of our homes is very important and getting this work back on track soon will ensure we can continue to deliver the improvements we planned at the start of the year.
We will continue to provide you with regular updates as the situation changes and you can be assured that any changes to services will only be made once we are confident that they can be delivered effectively and when it is safe to do so.
We would like to remind you about Burnley Together, which has been set up to help people who are struggling as a result of the current crisis. They can help you collect prescriptions and food parcels, provide housing advice and support with issues such as mental health.
