Following a period of greatly reduced, or paused activity due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are now making plans to restart our improvement works programme within the Brunshaw neighbourhood from the 6th July.
This will include external works to homes on Chiltern Avenue and Bowland Avenue, and all customers who will be affected by the works and those in neighbouring properties will be contacted directly to provide information and assurance.
Improving the quality of our homes is very important for us and our customers, and restarting this programme of works will ensure that we can continue to deliver the improvements we planned at the start of the year.
We are working closely with Ring Stones our contractor, and we have put additional measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. These measures will be continually reviewed and updated in keeping with the latest government advice and safety guidance. Our commitment to our people and the wider community remains our top priority.
