Spring Bank Holiday 2021 – Opening Hours

Due to the upcoming Spring bank holiday, our contact centre will be closed on Monday 31st May.

The contact centre phone lines will close at 5pm on Friday 28th May and reopen on Tuesday 1st June at 8:45am.

Our reception service at Centenary Court will also be closed on Monday 31st May and reopen on Tuesday 1st June at 9am.


If you have any emergency repairs that present a risk to the health and safety of you or your home, you can still telephone our ‘Out of Hours’ team on 01282 686300 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Examples of emergency repairs are:

  • Severe leaks which can’t be contained
  • Major electrical failure
  • Exposed live electrical wires
