We recognise that this is a worrying time for people struggling to pay rent and bills. Many customers will be impacted by a planned move to Universal Credit (UC).
More than 144 customers who have claimed UC within the last 6 months, have been contacted to complete a survey around their experience. With their help we now have more support for customers, including a ‘To Do’ checklist along with video guidance on how to make a claim: at calicohomes.org.uk/universal-credit
