Pay Gap Reporting
The Calico Group is committed to the principles of equality in pay for all our employees and we are dedicated to eliminating any gender bias in our pay and remuneration systems. We use salary benchmarking to measure the value of all jobs to ensure that pay is consistent, transparent, and fair. This report primarily focuses on gender pay gap and will be used to assess the levels of gender pay equality in our workplace and the balance of male and female employees at different levels.
In addition to gender pay gap reporting, due to improvements in our analytics capabilities over the last year we are able to report pay gaps relating to ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. Whilst there is no legal requirement to do this, we think that consistency across employee characteristics regarding pay gap reporting will help us to fulfil our commitment to the principles of equality in pay for all employees.
Note: the ethnicity and other additional pay gap reporting is only typically published internally for employees, due to the increased potential for exaggerated percentages.
