Starter Tenancy Agreement
Our Starter Tenancy is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement just for new customers. It usually lasts for 12 months and, at the end of this period, it will convert to a full Assured Tenancy. If it is not converted, then the Starter Tenancy will be brought to an end.
Assured Tenancy Transfer
The Assured Tenancy Transfer is an agreement which is used if you move from one Calico home to another and the conditions of your tenancy with us change.
Assured Tenancy Agreement
Our Assured Tenancy Agreement is the main agreement which sets out the terms and conditions under which you can live in your Calico home when you rent from us. It tells you what you can expect from us as a landlord, and what your responsibilities are as a tenant.
