Community Mural Workshop

Young artists are invited to a free summer graffiti workshop this summer in Burnley.

We are hosting a 3-hour long community mural workshop for 11-16 year olds who will get the chance to learn the techniques of using spray paints and graffiti materials safely and creatively.

Also, you will co-design a largescale mural for the outside of Valley Street Community Centre. The mural will remain permanently on the outside of the building and will have a QR code with information about you and your design.

The workshop will be delivered by renowned mural artists, Aylo and Seca and their community organisation, The Butterfly Effected.

Please email us to book your place on this workshop

Have your say on the mural! Join us 2-4pm on Tuesday 16th July at Valley Street Community Centre to meet the mural artists and discuss your ideas. This is an opportunity for community members to meet the artists and share thoughts on what you’d like the mural to be.

The Butterfly Effect(ed)

We are working in partnership The Butterfly Effect(ed) which was set up by Aylo and Seca as a community organisation using art to make a difference and to support and inspire people. The workshop provides a safe space for people to express themselves.
